Premium dark brown beet sugar, grown and processed in the Midwest, is fermented in-house and distilled in our big copper pot still.  The clean, clear spirit that exits the still is aged in small American Oak barrels where it mellows, picking up color and depth of flavor.  Pure Wisconsin honey is all else that is added.  It is coarse filtered, leaving behind pollen and other small particulates.  Shake before pouring
